Mallory's Journey to On-Camera Coaching

For years Mallory has been tapped to help professionals prepare for on-camera appearances and presentations. She found that there were often professionals who had a wealth of knowledge to share, but lacked conference on-camera.

Traditionally on-camera training is geared toward people who are preparing for Television interviews, but in today's world most professionals need to appear in promotional videos, zoom meetings, and social media - where was the training for them? After encountering digital course creators, and a variety of entrepreneurs who expressed a need for this type of coaching,           The Camera Ready Professional was born.

Today, executives need to be able to lead with confidence in the Board Room and On-Camera. For the majority of professionals, that doesn't come naturally. Mallory believes being "camera ready" can be coached, but it takes time and dedication. Getting comfortable on camera is like a muscle. The more you train for it - the stronger you get. Even if it's uncomfortable now, you may learn to enjoy it.

Years of working in live television can prepare a person for just about anything. Mallory's first hand experiences as a reporter and TV Host covering everything from natural disasters to the stock market are often used to coach story telling and how to go navigate presenting and answering questions on-camera.

Mallory has shared scenes with academy award winning actors, including Jessica Chastain, Sam Rockwell and Kathy Bates. She has worked opposite Michael Pena, Lorenz Tate, and Wendell Pierce. She has also been directed by Clint Eastwood. These experiences have taught her how to be calm under pressure -a skill she believes can be taught and learned.
